- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 7-8 garlic cloves
- water for grinding as required
- Grind the sesame seeds with very little water into a coarse paste.
- Add the salt, garlic cloves and grind into fine paste by adding oil in batches.
- Store in an air tight container.
